Founder, ADA/Title IX Compliance, Media Distribution
A leader in educational innovation, Adam Busch brings 15 years of experience as a school administrator and 25 years + in education to his role as Founder and Lead Consultant of AWB Education. His background includes building leadership and district-level special programming, giving him a unique perspective on the needs of schools today. His expertise in Section 504/ADA, Title IX, AI integration, project automation, and media production allows him to provide cutting-edge solutions for his clients.
Melissa Grinstead

Melissa Grinstead is a dedicated educational leader with a specialized focus in ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) education. Her career is driven by a profound passion for empowering refugee students and their families, recognizing the unique linguistic and cultural assets they bring to the classroom. With a deep understanding of the challenges and triumphs of refugee students, Melissa strives to bridge cultural gaps and provide the necessary tools for both students and families to navigate their educational journey with confidence and resilience.
Malynda Zuck

Malynda Zuck is a seasoned school counselor, mother of four, and bestselling children’s book author dedicated to guiding young hearts and minds. Passionate about emotional literacy, she believes empowering children with self-regulation, empathy, and mindful decision-making leads to stronger relationships and greater success in and out of the classroom. Malynda hopes to share her expertise to help educators integrate social-emotional learning into classrooms, equipping them with tools to uplift every student.
Brandi Wendt

Brandi Wendt's career reflects a unique blend of analytical skills and a passion for education. After transitioning from accounting in 2013, she dedicated herself to student success, teaching ELA and serving as a reading interventionist. Her experience also includes roles as an ESOL Specialist, Associate Principal, and Secondary Director of Learning Supports. Currently, as Assistant Principal at Centennial High School in Ankeny, IA, she continues to drive academic growth. Outside of her professional life, Brandi enjoys fitness, reading, attending sports events, and spending time with family.
